Five steps, twenty minutes. Walk out with a positioning statement you can build a business on, the Pivot Point coaching prompt loaded with your own words, and a Pivot Agent you add to Claude or ChatGPT so you stay on track after the summit.

Five steps. Twenty minutes. A positioning statement you can build a business on, a coaching prompt loaded with your own words, and a Pivot Agent you add to Claude or ChatGPT so you stay on track after the summit high wears off. Come back every quarter. It grows with you.
Everything you'll learn at this summit is a tool. This Kit is about who's holding it. It walks the same order I walk with every client: purpose first, then voice, then position, then the prompt. Technology last, on purpose.
Don't try to sound impressive. The polished answer is the one that sounds good on a website. The true one usually shows up on the third try. Give yourself the third try.
Your answers save in this browser as you type, so you can close the tab and come back.

"This one session has unblocked me for months. I've been blocked for months."
"I got a couple messages from some women. They're seeing my carousels. There's about 8 of them. That's from your content creator you gave us."
"Thank you for adding some clarity and opportunity to enhance what I've already been doing and taking it to the next level."
Finish it three different ways. The first one is the polished answer. The second gets closer. The third one, the one that catches you a little off guard when you write it down, is usually true.
When I did this, my first answer was "I help people with AI." That's a service. My third was "people who've been told they're replaceable." That's the one I built a business on.
Three lines is a story people can follow. Mine: laid off while pregnant. Decided to find my next self, not my next job. Became the person who teaches twenty thousand people to do the same.
How do you sound to the world? Not what you do. How you sound. Tap every word that fits, add your own, then pick three that build on each other. Not "bold" and "brave," that's the same word twice. Then find the two to five word phrase that holds all three.
Your phrase becomes the first line of every prompt you write from now on. "Write this in the voice of someone who is ___." You just gave the tool the one thing it can't make up.
All strategy is autobiographical. Everything you teach, you teach because you had to learn it. So the question isn't what's your niche. It's what did you have to figure out, and who's standing where you used to stand.
Same format we used in the LinkedIn session: I help [who] [achieve what] through [how], so they can [result]. If it reads like a headline, go back to step one and use the third sentence. The true one always sharpens this.
The sentence was the spark. This is the dig. An AI coaching prompt built on the PIVOT Framework that refuses to accept your polished answer, finds the one thread under all your scattered ideas, and shapes a first offer. It stops at Income on purpose.
With "pre-load my answers" on, the prompt opens with your sentence, your voice phrase, and your positioning draft, so the coach starts where you already are instead of from zero. Expect fifteen to twenty five minutes if you actually sit with it. It's a conversation, not a trick.
Clarity fades the week after a summit. This is the fix. A standing AI agent that holds your purpose, your voice, your positioning, and what you're building right now, and checks you against all four every week. It doesn't give you new ideas. It keeps you on the one you chose.
Come back here and update step three or step five any time your positioning sharpens or the build changes. Copy the prompt again. The agent updates with you.
One page. Everything above, distilled. Print it, save it as a PDF, or copy it and reply to my email with it. The last line is yours to finish after you run the prompt.
Your business will change. Your positioning should change with it, on purpose, not by drift. Save a version now. Then every ninety days, run the check below, update what moved, and save again. You'll be able to see how you've sharpened.
Any box you can't check is where you drifted. Fix the step above it, then save a new version.
Income, Visibility, Operations, Technology. The people working through all five together, getting clear on their offer and putting it in front of a real buyer in thirty days, are inside Pivot to Profit. Your Kit is day one and two of those thirty.
